Sweet-R
Plate, hall, chamber, room, spring — five reverbs in one. Then four Sweetness knobs (Sugar, Ripen, Zest, Pith) to reshape whichever one you’re in. And a Season control tilts any of them warmer or brighter, drier or colder — Fresh, Ripe, Sun-Dried or Frozen.

A closer look
Every screen, up close.
Five rooms in one
Spaces, not presets.
MODE changes the space itself — five different rooms, each a real algorithm rather than a preset of the last. Every one carries a measured output trim, so switching never changes your level.
The reference plate: bright and dense.
Long and soft — the darkest of the five.
Medium and tight, with the most open top.
Short, with the reflections up front.
The shortest, and springy — the boing.
Why we built this
A space you can push.
Most reverbs are one of two things. Either a faithful capture of a real room — accurate, and completely inert once it is on — or a folder of presets you scroll through until one lands close enough. Neither lets you take a space somewhere it would not naturally go.
So we wrote a real plate algorithm from scratch: dense diffusion, gentle modulation, and a low end that decays on its own clock, independent of the top. Because it is an algorithm and not a recording, Size genuinely lengthens the room instead of crossfading between canned impulse responses.
Then we gave it Sweetness — four macros that read zero at the center and do something in either direction. Sugar runs from dry and tight to lush and blooming, Ripen from green and thin to warm, Zest from dull to air, Pith from smooth to bitter. Nothing is a blend of two presets; each pole moves the whole engine.
Five rooms, four seasons, and a bank of presets that are all just canvases. That is Sweet-R.

What it is
Inside the box.
An algorithm, not a recording
An original plate algorithm: dense diffusion, gentle modulation, damping you set by ear, and a low-frequency decay that runs independently of the main one, so the bottom can hang on long after the top has gone or leave before it. The stereo image is built into the algorithm rather than widened afterwards. And because it is a real space rather than a capture of one, Size genuinely lengthens it instead of resampling a snapshot.
Sweetness: four flavors, both directions
Sugar, Ripen, Zest and Pith all read zero at the center. That is the no-effect position, so each one sits at twelve o’clock under a detent with its full travel in front of you and an opposite pole behind it: Sugar against dry and tight, Ripen against green and thin, Zest against dull, Pith against smooth. Nothing is a blend of two presets; each pole moves the whole engine.
Five modes, four seasons
MODE changes the space itself: Jam Plate, Marmalade Hall, Zest Chamber, Preserve Room and Syrup Spring are five different rooms, not presets of one. Each carries a measured output trim, so all five sit within 0.03 dB of each other and switching never changes your level. SEASON weathers whichever one you picked: Fresh, Ripe, Sun-Dried or Frozen.
87 presets that are all canvases
Thirteen categories by space, plus a second axis of five source views: Vocals, Drums, Guitars, Keys and Strings, which cross-reference the same rows rather than duplicating them. Every preset outside the eight-row Sweetness showcase sits at zero on all four flavors, so whatever you load, the first move you make is the whole of what you hear.
Built to be lived with
Every knob takes three gestures: drag the body, click the ring to jump straight to a value, or double-click the read-out and type one. The window is freely resizable and remembers where you left it. Auto-gain keeps the output steady as you work, and Sweet Bypass switches the Sweetness section out bit-exactly, which is asserted in the test suite rather than assumed.
Six snapshots, and a bypass your host can reach
SNAPSHOTS holds up to six named captures of the whole face and recalls one instantly, so comparing two versions of a setting is a click instead of a walk back through undo. They live in the session, so a project reopens with all six still on it, and they leave your preset alone: after a recall the modified dot still reads against the preset you loaded, and Revert still goes back to that preset rather than to the snapshot. BYPASS sits beside them and is the same parameter your host’s own bypass button drives, so the two can never disagree about whether the reverb is in circuit.

The bank
Eighty-seven ways in.
Thirteen categories by space: plates, springs, chambers, cathedrals, tiled rooms, gated and broken things, plus a second axis of five source views: vocals, drums, guitars, keys and strings.
The source views cross-reference the same rows rather than duplicating them, so a plate voiced for vocals appears under Vocals and under Plates and is one preset, one sound. Star anything into Favorites, and save your own alongside.
